Denise joined Big Sky Senior Services as the Executive Director October 2009. Previously she worked in the marketing field for banks and credit unions. Denise also served on the Senior Helping Hands Board of Directors for 15 years and the Prevention of Elder Abuse Board for 10 years. She graduated from Montana State University – Billings in 1996 with a BS in Business Administration. |

Pam Lorash - Operations Director

Pam Lorash came to work as a Medical Secretary for Senior Helping Hands in August of 1996. Pam graduated from May Technical College in May 1996 with a GSA of 3.9, specializing as Medical Secretary/Information Processing. Pam is currently the Operations Director for Big Sky Senior Services, Inc. In addition, Pam has continued her computer classes to improve on her skills.

Marcia Britton, RN BSN - Registered Nurse
Marcia graduated from Jamestown College with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Nursing in 1973. Most of her experience has been in small rural
hospitals located in Washington, North Dakota, California and Montana that serve all age groups and types of patients. Prior to coming to work at Big Sky Senior Services, Inc. Marcia worked at St. Vincent Hospital for nearly 20 years as a float nurse, charge nurse of neurology and most recently as a house supervisor. Marcia is enjoying working with Big Sky Senior Services’ clients, getting to know them and their stories as well as caring for them.

Nikki - Social Worker
Nikki attended Rocky Mountain College where she received her BA Degree in Psychology. She then attended Walla-Walla College where she received her Masters Degree in Social Work in 2006. Nikki worked for Billings Clinic Psychiatric Center for 2 years, while attending college. She joined the Big Sky Senior Services- Prevention of Elder Abuse as an intern in 2006, and was offered a full time position as a Social Worker in 2007.
Becky - Project Coordinator
Becky has been with Big Sky Senior Services starting out as a CNA and then began working with Prevention of Elder Abuse on the Financial Institutions Training kit. PEA then received a grant to start an Elder Justice Coalition and Becky was given the Project Coordinator position for the Coalition.

Jan Smith - Volunteer Coordinator

Jan Smith holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern Colorado, Pueblo. She is a former employee of St. Vincent Healthcare, where she worked in Senior Services for 8 years and in the Telehealth Department for 10 years. Jan has worked with Big Sky Senior Services since Nov. 2006, first as the Representative Payee Assistant for Prevention of Elder Abuse, and since Jan. 2010 as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Friends Program. Jan has been an active member of Montana Gerontology Society and is currently on the Board of Directors.
