PROTECTING SENIORS FROM ABUSE AND NEGLECT.
Prevention of Elder Abuse works to prevent abuse, neglect and financial exploitation through a representative payee program, case management and community education.
Services
The Representative Payee Program helps clients who are unable to manage their own finances and protects them from fraud, predatory lenders and exploitation. Budgets are created so bills are paid in a timely manner. We work collaboratively with other service providers to ensure client has case management.

"Prevention of Elder Abuse came to my aid about three years ago when my health and financial status took a marked dip. They eased my panic that I would be homeless soon. They showed me the agencies I could tap into. They found me financial assistance in many forms. As my representative payee, they receive my bills. They have managed that far better than I ever could. I owe a lot of gratitude to them and Senior Helping Hands for enabling me to stay in my own home."
